Getting Back Into Poetry

I have been writing poetry since I was sixteen. For years it was how I defined myself as a writer. I've written one book of poetry, then got stalled on another. I haven't written any new poems in a while. I feel the urge to get back into it. As well as a new urge to speak my poems out loud. I may start going to open mike nights. Or even record and post it on youtube. But first, I must begin.
