About the Auhtor
Ms. Breckenridge lives near Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and three kids. Her daughter is 19 and her sons are 13 & 10. Now 36, Trula struggled as a young mother with disciplining her children, and often spanked them out of frustration and anger when they misbehaved as children occassionally do.
After realizing that spanking was not working and only made their kids behave worse, she and her husband made the decision to stop spanking their kids as a method of discipline.
